On January 25 Bolivians were called to vote for a new constitution. Finally, the results gave victory to the change process led by Evo Morales. But despite the new constitution had been approved with 60% of votes the division in the country has grew. In four states, the constitution was rejected. Including the main opposition territory to Evo Morales Santa Cruz.
